Hi, I’m Sara, and for over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting family caregivers as they navigate the emotional challenges, stress, and exhaustion that come with caring for a loved one.

Supporting caregivers is not just a profession for me; it’s deeply personal.

I’ve witnessed the immense sacrifices my father made while caring for my mother during her battle with cancer and my brother as he faced mental health challenges. I saw the toll it took on him—the exhaustion , the overwhelm, and the lack of support he endured.

Additionally, living with a chronic illness, I intimately understand what it means to need a caregiver.
